Saving the lives of horses and improving the lives of humans would not be possible without the dedication of our volunteers. Volunteers of all ages, abilities, and experience levels contribute many hours of service each year. Whether you're interested in hands-on time with the horses or prefer to help in a nonequine capacity, we offer a variety of positions and needs across our four volunteer programs.
Volunteer Opportunities

• Assist with the day-to-day onsite operations of FFF, including the care of horses.
• Support our equine therapy programs, such as Healing Hooves.

• Help educate the next generation of horse lovers both onsite and offsite.
• Help educate our clients on Burn care and safety.

• Represent FFF to the public and help spread awareness about our mission.

• Organize and manage the data and processes of FFF to ensure smooth operations.

Each person is required to complete an orientation process and application prior to beginning volunteer hours.

DESCRIPTION
This position is for those who want day-to-day interaction with rescued horses.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
On the Barn Chore Team, volunteers take part in a variety of tasks to help our horses throughout the day, some examples are:
Feeding and watering horses
Leading and grooming horses
Cleaning stalls, paddocks, and aisleways
REQUIREMENTS
Those interested in becoming a Barn Chore & Equine Care volunteer are required to attend a “Welcome to Silver Mane” orientation session. Dates and registration can be found here (ссылка на календарь)

Join the Community Outreach/Ambassadors Team at Fenix Family Fund! Our dedicated volunteers represent Fenix Family Fund at various events throughout the year, including booths at expos, trade shows, and other community outreach programs as needed.
As an ambassador, you will:
• Learn the mission and key facts about Fenix Family Fund
Engage with the public one-on-one to share information about our organization and its programs
Help spread awareness and support for our cause
Become a part of our outreach team and make a difference by promoting the important work we do at Fenix Family Fund.

Join the Fundraising Team at Fenix Family Fund! We are looking for outgoing volunteers to help us secure the resources we need to support our mission. As a member of the Fundraising Team, you will:
Solicit donations from individuals and businesses
Assist with writing grants
Help organize and manage fundraising events
Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our programs and the wellbeing of our community.

Join the Farm Operations Team (FOT) at Fenix Family Fund! Our dedicated volunteers work tirelessly to ensure that our facilities and equipment run smoothly. As part of the FOT, you will participate in a variety of ongoing projects, including:
Landscaping, gardening, mowing, and weed whacking
Electrical repairs
Plumbing repairs
Fence installation and repairs
Various construction projects (e.g., framing, roofing, painting, etc.)
Mechanical work (e.g., vehicles, farm equipment, lawn equipment, etc.)
Organization of all equipment and supplies
Conducting walkthroughs and inspections of facilities to ensure safety
Your hard work and skills will help maintain a safe and efficient environment for our programs and the animals we care for.
